50-Year Gran Reserva Balsamic Vinegar
This Pedro Ximénez vinegar has been aged in American oak using the established criaderas and soleras technique. It uses local Pedro Ximénez grapes as the must.
Upon opening the bottle you'll be greeted with the smell of dried fruits such as apricots, figs and raisins.
Unico's vinegar legacy began in 1923 when they established their inaugural solera, “Conmemoración”. In 1951, an additional vinegar vineyard was launched at the La Valeriana estate, which has since become known as 'La Valeriana' and is now recognized as a Gran Reserva.
