Ruda is rude. Ruda because there is no filter. At its heart is fermented serrano chile.

It has a unique personality that comes from habanero, chipotle enriched with a whole arsenal of spices that give it an intense flavour, with fruity and Caribbean nuances, an complex orgy of taste that can handle anything.

Ruda will delicately caress your palate and make you salivate with its ascetic character and  suggestive color. A character and a body forged over three years of unhurried fermentation.
