Originally a farming family, El Conchel decided to open a butcher shop in their hometown of El Ballestero. Later in 1991, three of the El Conchel children expanded operations to a 400 sqm factory, supplying 20 local butcher shops.
Fast forward to today, El Conchel is a family-run business now managed by the fourth generation.
