This organic wine, produced from the red garnacha grape, is called a grey wine. A gray wine is the name given to the pale rosés wines that are made of the gentle and direct pressure of a black grape.
There is no maceration with the skin, so the extraction of tannic and color is minimal. This is creates an expressive and delicate wine that anticipates great complexity.
Coming from the Penedes region, this wine is produced by U Mes U, the producers of many very high quality and well respected wines from one of Spains best growing regions.
Ideal for appetizers or to pair with soft rice and fish or seafood recipes.
