Great tinned fish starts with great fish, and we believe the seafood landed here in the UK is some of the the best in the world. Sending British fish to Spain might sound odd, but we couldn't find was anyone tinning it the way it deserves: by hand, with skill, at a premium.
Our search took us to Asturias, on Spain's green northern coast, home to the finest artisan canneries in the world. Here, tinning is a craft passed down through generations. Every fish is prepared by hand, and every recipe is developed and overseen in person.
