This high-quality yellowfin tuna, preserved in olive oil, boasts a more robust flavour and a deeper pink hue compared to other varieties of tuna.

For more than a century, Arroyabe has been crafting artisanal fish preserves from the coastal town of Bermeo, located in Biscay province.

All of Arroyabe's tuna products are hand-cut, filleted, and packed on a small scale, using sustainable fishing practices that ensure dolphin safety.
