Vegan Allioli Sauce
A classic no-egg allioli sauce from Catalan.
Ferrer was established by Josep Ferrer in 1964 in Sant Llorenç de Morunys, initially concentrating on mushrooms and truffles. A few years later a new factory was constructed in Sant Llorenç to cope with orders and new products were added.
It now creates a wide range of products ranging from pulses, soups, broth, tomatoes, olives, sauces and gazpachos.
