Traditional mild whole chorizo composed of pork and streaky bacon, flavoured with spices. The flavour of this distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country.
Torre de Núñez first began selling meat products more than 50 years ago after it was established by Manuel José Núñez Aldegunde and María Asunción Torre Penelas. It is a member of the Serrano Ham Consortium and Spanish Chorizo Consortium.
