Description

Sardines in Olive Oil

Sardines in olive oil that you can enjoy at any time of the day, however you prefer.

Sardines are an oily blue fish that contain a good source of omega 3, a fatty acid that helps lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. They also contain vitamins A, D, E, B12, B1… and minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc and iodine. For all these reasons, the benefits of sardines for our health are multiple.

Herpac sardines in olive oil are presented gutted and without heads, in small cans of 16/22 pieces. They are small in size, which makes them delicious. Once opened, they are ready to eat. Their smell, texture and flavour are very characteristic.

They can be eaten as is in their olive oil, in sandwiches, on toast... with any option, success is guaranteed.

To keep sardines in olive oil in good condition, they should be kept at room temperature, and once opened, they should be stored refrigerated and consumed within 2 days.

Herpac was established in 1986  by the Pacheco brothers, drawing on their extensive experience running a fish shop in the coastal town of Barbate.

Their dedication and hard-earned reputation led Francisco and Diego to expand their venture by producing dried tuna. They dried the tuna manually using traditional methods, relying solely on the sun and wind.

Herpac now operates an 8,500 square meter facility, three shops and exports globally.
