Arturo Sánchez Jamón Ibérico de Bellota 50g

Jamon Ibérico de Bellota is a true gastronomic jewel, because each piece is unique: the union of the best raw material, the pure breed pig raised in the best dehesa fields, and the natural curing in our cellars in Guijuelo.

Time is of essence on a product like this: two years of living in freedom, in the dehesa fields, with two seasons to guarantee a double acorn-based feed and its healthy nutritional properties; then, a minimum of 48 months’ curing in Guijuelo, in natural drying sheds, where the cold, dry wind of the Béjar and Gredos mountains do the rest.

Arturo Sánchez Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota 50g

Made from acorn-fed, free-range pork blended with smoked paprika and garlic, this chorizo is aged for a minimum of 4 months in the mountain air of Guijuelo in Salamanca. Enjoy thin slices of this delectable sausage with a glass of fine Spanish wine. The rich and flavourful chorizo will literally melt in your mouth!

Vega Mancha Cured Manchego Cheese D.O.P

Aged for 12 months, this Cured Manchego Vega Mancha has an intense nutty flavour with hints of caramel and fruit. Its has a hard, dense paste that comes from the ageing with a dry’ish texture and a complex, savoury finish. This cheese has the ‘Queso Manchego D.O.’ seal of authenticity, attesting to its high quality and provenance.

Vega Mancha Semi- Cured Manchego Cheese D.O.P

Our semi cured Manchego Vega Mancha has a very smooth flavour. Packaged in a 150g wedge, this manchego piece is big enough to share and enjoy with tapas or as part of a cheeseboard.

This quality cheese has “Queso Manchego D.O.” seal of authenticity, attesting to its high quality. Because this young cheese has been cured for up to 90 days, it is fresh, with a gentle sweet aroma. It has a dense paste with lots of small eyes (ojos). The texture is dry-ish but pliable. The flavours are buttery with hints of green almonds and a mild finish.

Dejuan Artisan Quince Paste

This artisan quince paste is made from 100% natural membrillo made using quince, sugar and a touch of lemon. Compared to the ‘Dulce de Membrillo’ which uses a starch based filler to produce a less strong flavour, this membrillo has an intense colour; deep, rich quince flavour and a thick, creamy consistency.

Our quince paste can be cut into thin slices and spread over toasted bread or sandwiches, plain or with cheese, often served for breakfast or as a snack, with manchego cheese or any hard cured cheese. It is very often used to stuff pastries.

Salanort Boquerones in Vinegar

What is the difference between boquerones and anchovies?

Boquerones and anchovies are the same type of fish, the difference is that anchovies are heavily salted and boquerones are not. All boquerones are flash frozen soon after they are caught, to keep them at optimum freshness, then thawed and prepared. They are then chilled and packaged so that they arrive to you with pristine condition.

La Chinata venison pate with Pedro Ximenez is a delicious and healthy pate that combines the exquisite taste of venison, a classic in the gourmet world, with Pedro Ximenez sherry, a velvety-sweet sherry used very often in Mediterranean cooking.

This pate is highly recommended as a snack, as part of tapas or with a selection of cured meats and cheeses. Just spread on toasted bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our Mallorcan rosemary biscuits.

It is recommended to serve the pate slightly cold if it is going to be spread on bread. Our Venison Pate with Pedro Ximenez combines perfectly with a glass of dry sherry or a full bodied red wine.

Corredor Pitted Gordal Olives

Ideal served as tapas, these pitted Gordal Olives are marinaded in brine. What makes Gordal Olives so special is their firm, fleshy and crunchy texture and have been carefully selected from special harvests. \nThese olives are pitted which makes them a lovely crunchy, savoury mouthful. You can add your own dressings or chop into salads and sauces.

Mallorcan Rosemary Cheese Biscuits

A traditional product from Mallorca Galletes Marineras or Sailors Biscuits are an artisan biscuit which in the old days, seamen would take with them on their long trips around the Mediterranean Sea.

Since 1890, the Noceras family has been baking homemade Marineras, using their own secret recipe.

Made from olive oil and wild rosemary, our Rosemary Biscuits are perfect to accompany any Spanish charcuterie, cheeses and as part of any tapas.

El Valle Jamon Iberico Crisps

Our premium Ibérico ham flavoured potato crisps from El Valle are a total crisp treat.

These crisps are very flavoursome with an intense aroma that will convert this crisp into a real treat. They are perfect aperitif with some olives and a glass of chilled manzanilla sherry.

These artisan Spanish crisps are very special, they have a light translucent texture, with an incredible extra crunch and a rich and nutty jamón ibérico flavour.

The main species used in their products is Tuber Melanosporum, considered as “The Black Gastronomy Diamond”, which grows in their truffle plantations.
