Produced with premium quality, pasteurized sheep's milk, which is then infused with the finest black truffles, Truffle Manchego cheese is cured for a minimum of 180 days, which allows to achieve a perfect balance between the great aroma of the truffle, with its taste of toasted and sweet dried fruit, fruity and floral nuances and notes of toasted hazelnut.
