50-Year Gran Reserva Oloroso Wine Vinegar
A vinegar that is made using Oloroso wines and aged in American oak. Producing a clean and gentle vinegar.
Unico's vinegar legacy began in 1923 when they established their inaugural solera, “Conmemoración”. In 1951, an additional vinegar vineyard was launched at the La Valeriana estate, which has since become known as 'La Valeriana' and is now recognized as a Gran Reserva.
