These plump, silky fillets are packed in olive oil, bursting with rich umami notes, and have been recognized worldwide for their exceptional quality.
At Agromar Limited Production, we carefully select and use only extra-large anchovies, known for their scarcity, value, and superior presentation. Our traditional production methods ensure that each fillet in the "00" category is of the highest quality.
Our factory, located at the foot of the Bay of Biscay and just 100 meters from the Gijón market, enables us to source and handpick the finest Spanish fish from the Bay of Biscay.
