One of the tapas par excellence of Andalusia. Perfect for aperitif time, they are healthy, natural and delicious, and at Herpac we present them clean, boneless and with just the right touch of seasoning.
In 1986, the Pacheco brothers established Herpac, drawing on their extensive experience running a fish shop in the coastal town of Barbate.
Their dedication and hard-earned reputation led Francisco and Diego to expand their venture by producing dried tuna. They dried the tuna manually using traditional methods, relying solely on the sun and wind.
Herpac now operates an 8,500 square meter facility, three shops and exports globally.
