Bellota ham is sourced from Iberico pigs that feed on acorns and grass until they grow to about 50kgs. It is the best quality. Best served at room temperature, the ham tastes subtly sweet and nutty.

Since the early 1900s, when Pedro Díaz initiated the heritage in a quaint village nestled in the Salamanca hills, Díaz has upheld the same artisanal principles.

Its animals are nourished naturally and reared in the fields of Salamanca.

The business oversees the whole production cycle, managing everything from breeding its livestock to creating feed, along with operating a processing facility and manufacturing plant.
