High-quality, specially selected Cantabrian anchovy fillets in olive oil. Larger jar that can be closed and keeps better.
Agromar only use the Cantabrian coast anchovy caught in the spring, at which time it is at its optimum flavour. They include only large anchovies, selected due to their greater scarcity and value, as well as for their better presentation. Their preparation is entirely traditional and the size of the fillets corresponds to the double zero category.
Produced in Agromar's factory at the foot of the Bay of Biscay and 100 metres from the Gijón market, so they can acquire and select the best Spanish white tuna and anchovies from the Bay of Biscay.
An essential ingredient for a wide variety of dishes, or just delicious eaten with some crusty bread.
