Marmitako is a time-honoured stew from the Basque region, originally crafted by fishermen. It features bonito (white tuna) alongside a mix of potatoes, onions, tomatoes and green peppers.
For preparation, submerge the sealed pouch in a saucepan filled with cold water, leaving it uncovered, and heat until the water comes to a boil. You can also transfer the contents to a plate, cover it, and microwave for 2 minutes.
