Tortas de Acetite are traditional Spanish biscuits made with extra virgin olive oil. The Gavino family has made this renowned sweet Almond olive oil biscuit for over 100 years. At the heart of their method is a detail that has stayed the same since the beginning: the dough for each biscuit is still shaped by hand, meaning that no two biscuits look the same.
They pride themselves on only using the best natural ingredients, after being founded by paediatrician Doctor Andrés Gaviño.
These biscuits are vegan and lactose-free and have a satisfying crunchy texture, fine aroma and pure flavour. A sweet, natural, light and healthy snack to be enjoyed by themselves or as an accompaniment to deserts or cheese.
