Indulge in the finest anchovies from Ortiz! The larger tin allows for the fatter and more select anchovies to be chosen and packed.
These meaty, pinky-brown fillets are visually stunning and perfectly balanced in flavour. Landed daily from the Cantabrian coast and carefully selected and processed, these anchovies are aged in salt for 6-12 months, resulting in a truly exceptional taste and texture.
When ready, they are gently washed, to remove excess salt, and the fish are trimmed and filleted by hand.
